Job Description / Responsibility

Renaissance Group is looking for experienced, creative, dynamic, ambitious, self motivated well disciplined & hard working Team Players to fill up the above position for Millennium Textiles (Southern) Ltd, its woven shirt manufacturing unit. Apart from hard work & dedication, the position requires the ability & mindset to solve merchandising related issues.


Educational Requirements
Post Graduate in any discipline from reputed educational institution however preference will be given to Textile Engineers.


Additional Job Requirements


    Ability to lead a team of merchandisers.

    Ability to manage multiple accounts

    Ability to do costing, product development, BOM & T&A Plan

    Ability to in house raw materials as per agreed T&A Plan and to follow up production on a daily basis.

    Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with internal and external stakeholders including buyers and suppliers.

    Experience in using ERP software.

    Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.

    At least 6 (six) years of experience of working as a Merchandiser in reputed woven shirt manufacturing concerns
