Job Detail:
Job Description / Responsibility
Organize staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand
Making sure that calls are answered by agents within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner
Keep track of attendance, daily statistics, sick time, etc
Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
Handling the most complex customer complaints
Ensure customers’ problems are resolved efficiently and effectively
Ensure The Contact Centre procedures are followed correctly
Provides helpful feedback and positive communication to motivate CSEs
Be available to affect the entirety of the team’s operations
Develop contests, awards and themes that increase CSEs loyalty and focus
Runs regular staff meetings with the team
Meeting targets assigned by the Head of Contact Centre (HoCC)
Design & implement a monthly performance tracking scheme
Work closely with management to achieve team and department goals
