Job purpose and key deliverables:
Driving market engagement strategy with key internal and external stakeholders to help shape the local commercial challenges as well as understand and support local business environment.
Also execute global engagement strategies as and when required.
Principal Accountabilities
Understand business priorities and support to develop appropriate commercial engagement strategy and plan.
Support execution of the commercial engagement plan
Ensure compliance with Group policies, positions and standards
Engage with key stakeholders in the market
Supporting the Commercial Affairs team in the market
Essential requirements
Ability to engage 3rd party stakeholders and build awareness of the external environment inside the company
Support the Commercial Affairs agenda within the Business
Strong business acumen in order to support the business on how to deliver results whilst managing business and reputational risk
Ability to advocate the business agenda in a straight forward and compelling way to internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrates empathy, emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Supports team in order to achieve result
