Job Description 

• To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for professionals with drive and passion to succeed to join in SME or Retail Banking.
• Job grade will be determined based on individual experience and performance track record.
• To achieve business targets by leading and managing sales team in an efficient and effective manner, to balance the risk and reward for each deal. Develop a successful sales team which will enhance asset growth and ensure the portfolio quality.
• Set appropriate targets and action plan for the team members and monitor and evaluate individual/team performance regularly
• Find out new markets and potential sectors for financing in the designated zone/area
• Formulate channel / anchor based sales strategies to ensure maximum penetration of the desired customer segments in key customer touch points
• Test & execute alternative, innovative models for acquisition to establish scalable & sustainable alternate channels
• Business Development to expand the target market within approved segments and Execute Marketing campaigns / perceptual scale events and drive for results
• Act in accordance with all regulatory, compliance and KYC policies (both internal and external) and communicate to clients as appropriate
• Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of client’s financial needs
• Ownership and accountability for a portfolio of clients
• Lead and supervise the functions of the sales team
• Develop and manage effective programs to motivate and coach sales personnel
• Coordinate service staff to ensure a high level of after-sales service
• Improved productivity and profitability of sales team
• Ensure compliance and integrity of the Distribution (e.g. recruitment, sourcing and documentation, etc.)
• Ensure quality and minimize upfront rejects to control operating costs

Educational Requirements

Minimum graduate from any reputed Universities

Additional Job Requirements

 Relevant appropriate hands-on experience in the service driven financial sector with a track record of leading professional sales team
