Job Description / Responsibility

• Preparation of Company Accounts, Maintaining and updating of Books of Accounts of the Company and its donor funded projects;

• Preparation of operating Budget and Budgetary control;

• Maintaining records of daily financial transactions and preparing Vouchers and Bills in software;

• Preparation of Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Financial Reporting in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements;

• Capital Management and Capital Adequacy related matters under Basel II & III;

• Preparation of Annual Report;

• Preparation of CAMELS rating reporting, ICCAP, BASEL II & III and Stress testing reporting;

• Dealing with all taxes and VAT related matters; and

• To carry out any other special duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Post-graduate/ 4-year integrated Honours degree in Finance/ Accounting/ MBA/ BBA with major in Accounting/Finance from reputed public/ private universities.

• Required minimum CGPA: 3.00 out of 4.00

Additional Job Requirements

• Age Limit: 30 Years.

• Experience: Fresh graduate.

• In addition to academic qualification, Candidate must have-

• Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and Bengali.

• Capable of multi-tasking with strong presentation skill.

• Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.

Compensation: Tk. 50,000 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits
