Job Description

To coordinate the electrical team with effective leadership.
Work with the engineering team to plan, coordinate and execute the works at projects.
Good knowledge of Electrical, Lightning Arrester, Fire Protection & Detection, Access Control, Security & Safety System designs & drawings for installation and relevant works for apartments and commercial spaces.
Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshoot of generators, lifts, and other electrical equipments with applying engineering principles.
Supervise the entire electrical works of all running projects. Provide instruction to operate all the work in cost effective way and ensure quality.
Prepare monthly report and submit to the Management.
Analyzing, implementation and design of Central Air Conditioning system. elevator’s design ,fire protection and detection system design , generator and bring about cost efficient solution.
Visit & supervisions of all types of electrical works, estimates, load calculation, quantity check, making closing report etc.
Review project specifications and identify technical constraints and requirements.
Prepare technical design documents based on project specifications.
Supervise project activities to ensure timely completion.
Monitor and report project status to management on regular basis.
Provide technical guidance to project team when needed.
Prepare BOQ, plans, specifications & cost estimates for the construction apartments and commercial spaces.
Preparation of work schedule, contractor’s bills, checking of measurement books, etc.
To prepare comparative statement, work order, etc.
Liaison with various Govt. and Non- Govt. authorities.
Any other duties as and when ed by Top Management.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. Engg. (Elec.) from a recognized Institution with 05 years practical experience or Diploma in Engg. (Elec/Power) from a recognized institution with 08 years practical experience in the relevant field.

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

Practical experience for installation, operation and maintenance of electrical sub-station, lift, gas & diesel generator and electrification of high-rise building are essential. The candidate should have pleasant personality, honest, smart & hardworking, excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer.
